Glenn Head
A visionary systems builder and steward of conscious enterprise, Glenn Head brings five decades of pioneering experience to Good of the Whole. From his early service as a U.S. Air Force Captain leading the development of the military’s first computer-based training system, to co-founding and advising over two dozen nonprofits and companies, Glenn has consistently stood at the edge of innovation and impact.
A lifelong advocate of nonprofit capitalism, Glenn now dedicates his energy to inspiring individuals and organizations to realize their highest potential in service to the Whole. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Permanently Affordable Living – Kauai (PAL), where he brings wisdom and guidance to the vision of building 5,000 homes rooted in regenerative values. Glenn is also a founding faculty member of the Agreements Institute, where he teaches tools for relational integrity and transformative leadership. He brings decades of pioneering experience, heartfelt vision, and practical strategy to Good of the Whole, where he helps steward its evolving mission and support its global impact.
